Overview:
Seeking an  full-time for a Field Supervisor serving our  service area. enefits package.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and implement the Company Construction Program ensuring that each job-site utilizes the construction rules, practices and policies
• Review dailies, time-cards and other financial reports f
• Represent company and interfaces with customer, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities
• Coordinates, leads, and provides assistance to crews, subcontractors and other interested parties
• Ensure that construction schedules are met on time.
• Ensure all Corporate Policies and Procedures are followed.
• Ability to organize, plan, multi-task, prioritize and re-prioritize daily workload and work with minimum supervision and the ability to meet deadlines, establish deadlines, and to prioritize deadlines while communicating effectively and professionally with all staff
• You will be managing the master service agreement
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of supervisor experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Working knowledge of the telecommunications industry practices and regulations pertaining to the construction of fiber optic and copper cable outside plant facilities.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods and engineering requirements.
Compensation and Hours
