Job Description
Carlton Fields is seeking a Staff Accountant for its downtown Tampa office.
Duties of the position include:? • Prepare and file sales tax returns
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for a large volume of accounts
• Prepare and post payroll journal entries
• Prepare and post monthly depreciation journal entries
• Prepare depreciation reports for year-end taxes, budget, and  annual audit
• Post pass-through costs for client billing into accounting software
• Prepare documentation for external auditors
• Reconcile monthly purchasing card statement
• Excellent Excel skills a must
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
