Full Job Description Metal Distributor is seeking an individual for our full-time Customer Service position. Great communication skills and customer service experience required. Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, order/quote entry, establishing/maintaining relationships with new and current clients, and working closely with outside sales representatives to fulfill customer needs. Must be personable, accurate with numbers/figures, proficient in Excel & Microsoft Outlook/Exchange. Schedule is Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm. Pay includes aggressive hourly rate and incentive plan. Growth Available!
