Full Job Description Job Title: Medical Staff Recruiter
Division: Corporate FLSA: Exempt
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Staffing/Recruiting Manager Last Updated: July 29, 2021
General Summary:
The Medical Staff Coordinator will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of medical staff candidates for various positions throughout the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Actively screen and source candidates
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes
• Managing and tracking all activity for the duration of recruiting process.
• Actively participate in all staffing related activities as needed
• Develop and maintain all job postings
• Ensure all new employees complete proper onboarding for their respective positions
• All other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
• Expert level of written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and Smartsheets
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
• Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
Education/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
• Bachelor’s degree Required
• 3 years of experience in Physician Recruitment required
• Experience with ATS systems strongly preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Planner, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working Conditions:
• 10% Travel as needed
• Full Time
