Full Job Description Job Summary/Company : Sparks Group has partnered with a tech start up that is looking for a Receptionist to assist with light office duties. This position is contract to hire and has the potential to grow into more of an administrative role with a company that is rapidly growing! Responsibilities :
• Greet guests/employees, take temperature of everyone at the door.
• Restock drinks/snacks and keep kitchen office area tidy.
• Assist with light clerical duties, such as filing, copying, putting together training material packets, etc.
• Receive mail and other packages and distribute as necessary.
Qualifications/Background Profile :
• Previous Reception/Front Desk experience preferred but not required.
• Positive, upbeat attitude with a willingness to help out wherever is needed.
• Exemplary customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of Apple products preferred.
