Job Summary:
The Ops Sup Intermed Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Intermed Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with the operations support infrastructure and processes.
Intermed Analysts position to process Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI), and Integrations globally in Workday.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Regional Payroll Teams, Global Function Technology (GFT), HRSS, and HR. Candidates must be highly analytical with demonstrated experience in critical thinking and problem solving.
- Researching and respond promptly to ServiceNow (SNOW) cases
- Ensure complete end-to-end understanding of EIB, PECI, Integration processing
- Balance incoming and outgoing EIB, PECI, Integrations
- Develop documentation to support system changes and update procedures accordingly
- Identify process improvements and execute testing and implementation
- Participating in project/testing work as needed
- Create, manage, and analyze system documentation for testing
