Appointment Setter Job Description
Barbizon USA is seeking full-time, highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic Appointment Setters. Appointment Setters are proactive individuals who have a strong desire to share an opportunity for aspiring pre-teen and teen models and actors to audition for our world-renowned program that started in 1939.
In this position, you will be calling potential customers who have requested information (warm leads) regarding our modeling and acting training. If interested, you will invite the customer to attend a virtual audition where they will be evaluated for their potential and the opportunity to attend.
Benefits:
• Full-time hours, 40 hours a week guaranteed (Sunday – Thursday from 11 am – 7 pm)

Skills and Requirements:
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred, but not required
• Ability to articulate clearly
• Professional individual who is responsible and reliable
• Ability to work 40 hours a week with the set schedule of Sunday through Thursday from 11 am 7 pm
• Ability to make outgoing phone calls, including follow-up calls as needed to further the customer relationships
• Interact with customers over the phone using scripts; verify and complete potential client’s information
• Determine eligibility and answer questions related to appointments
• Meet and maintain key performance metrics
