As a Nurse Manager (i.e., Unit Manager RN) at Northdale Rehab, you will be responsible for facilitating the interdisciplinary team and coordination of care and for residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This position will manage all clinical floor staff in conjunction with the other dayshift Unit Manager and DON while on shift. Qualifications:
• Graduate of an Associates Degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of FL (or NLC) required.
• Prior Long-Term Care Nursing experience required OR prior Nurse Management experience.
