A well known and nationally respected General Contractor is looking to add a Superintendent to join their rapidly growing team. This company develops a wide range of high end Multifamily projects, typically in the $50M-$100M range. Focusing on their team and client relationships they pride themselves on repeat business and developing long lasting relationships with their clients throughout the area.

Superintendent Qualifications:
• Must have a proven work history leading ground up multifamily projects $30M+
• Must be willing to travel
• Practical experience in the field
• Excellent people skills
