Express Employment Professionals is partnering with an Healthcare company in the Tampa area.  We are seeking an experienced Office Clerk.
Office Clerk Job Duties:
• Updating the temp request excel sheet
• Partnering with temp agencies to fulfill requests
• Assist Office Managers with filling their temp requests
• Sending IT Requests for temps New and Terminated Temps
• Using Excel create a list each week for New Request for Name Badges
• Sorting and using inter-office mail to distribute the name badges once they are delivered.
Office Clerk Job Requirements:
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook, basic Excel
• Attention to detail, take initiative, team player
• Must be able to work independently and in cooperation with other employees
Office Clerk Hours:
Business Hours 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Tuesday-Thursday
