Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Over 100-year-old California based company is expanding in the Tampa Bay Market. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter.
Recruiter Job Duties:
• Lead and manage full cycle recruiting process
• Proactively partner and build relationships with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting and talent marketing strategies that efficiently identify high quality candidates across multiple disciplines and levels, including but not limited to sales, customer service operations, R&D, marketing, and finance.  Also, develop a strong understanding of business strategies and talent profiles to deliver on departmental hiring needs.
• Support recruitment process including posting jobs and managing within system, conducting pre-screens, scheduling interviews, and closing positions.
• Develop proactive sourcing plans and pipeline for open positions and future needs in order to positively impact time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality metrics.
Recruiter Job Requirements:
• Bachelor''s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years recruiting experience, including developing and executing comprehensive recruitment plans across diverse functional disciplines, in a high volume and fast paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to consult with managers on talent needs and build/execute successful recruitment strategies based upon those needs.
• Experience and high level of comfort interacting with all levels within the organization, including senior-level management, and external vendors.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and strong collaboration skills.
Recruiter Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
