Job Summary/Company : Sparks Group has partnered with a tech company that is looking to bring an HR Coordinator on to their growing team. This person will help the Member Support department and liaise with different departments internally and help employees with HR related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and experience supporting large teams. This is a Direct Hire position with a company that boasts a unique and revered culture! *Must be a US Person *This position requires you to go onsite
Responsibilities :
• Assist HR in onboarding new hires
• Help schedule and track training classes
• Ensure employee documentation is distributed, completed and maintained via employee files
• Assist HRBP in a variety of HR related functions, not limited to: engagement surveys, exit interviews, hiring initiatives, background checks, employee reviews, conversions/promotions, etc.
Qualifications/Background Profile :
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role with experience in HR related functions
• Ultipro and Kronos experience highly preferred
• Willingness to support teams going through hyper growth
• Demonstrated ability to take on a high volume of work and shift priorities as necessary
• Willingness to take on projects when needed, collaborate with others, and effectively meet tight deadlines
