Full Job Description Remote Mortgage Customer Service Representative
Crane Consulting & Outsourcing is seeking remote mortgage support agents. We need energetic and empathetic telephone professionals to join our Florida-based team!
About the Position
Our clients rely on us to provide superior customer support to borrowers at every stage in the loan servicing process. We are currently hiring for positions as a Loan Resolution Agent/Collector.
Loan Resolution Agent/Collector – in this role, you will…
• Receive inbound calls, make outbound calls to customers, attorneys, realtors and other authorized parties on the account, and educate them on available options for delinquency resolution.
• Understand and discuss customers' general requirements for loan modifications, short sales, deeds in lieu, cash for keys, and consent to judgment other loss mitigation options.
• Analyze specific financial situations; recommend and initiate the proper loss mitigation tool to assist each borrower.
• Handle a portfolio of multiple mortgage products that are 0+ days delinquent, or have requested loss mitigation, as governed by investor, departmental and legal guidelines; minimizing the loss due to foreclosure through the use of loss mitigation options.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requisite Skills
• The ability to demonstrate exceptional listening skills, while displaying professionalism and empathy for our customer's individual needs and circumstances
• A welcoming and friendly phone presence
• An ownership approach to every situation
• An ability to utilize the resources at hand to resolve the customer’s home loan concerns
• The analytical ability to match the appropriate solution to the customer’s hardship
• A proficiency in short hand to notate customer conversations on the servicing platform
• A desire to educate the customer on ways to self-serve
• The desire to perform at the highest standard
• Excellent attention to detail.
Management may use their discretion to determine which role a candidate is best suited for based on their interview performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
