Full Job Description Now’s the time to join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a Cleaning Specialist at Bausch & Lomb, a Global Manufacturing company of Over the Counter Products, Pharmaceuticals, Contact Lens, and Medical Devices. in Tampa, FL.
This position may be a great fit for you if you're interested in working in a controlled manufacturing environment.
In this position you will be responsible for:
• Responsible for performing the cleaning Daily Weekly in compounding N.S. pharmacy and organizing the area
• Performing the daily disinfection and weekly disinfection of the N/S compounding and Pharmacy area
• Support of Compounding activities in the pursuit of daily excellence
• Assist the GL and Supervisor in all Compounding processing
• Perform and maintain the batch records, logbooks and forms in the Prep Area
• Update and Maintain the Sop s binders, processing logbooks and forms according with the cGMP
• Support SOP updates and three year review process
• Perform and Support Manufacturing and QA in investigating and correcting processes and practices that lead to potential product/process non- conformances or compliance violations
• Interacts with internal technical resources and internal customers
• Support and continuously improve the Compounding batch record performance
• Ensures SOP s are read and provides technical SOP training
• Understands and enforces daily area compliance in safety/EHS procedures, GMP, and SOP/batch record adherence
• Audits area compliance
• Evaluates quality performance with the Team Leader and/or Manufacturing Quality Assurance
• Review new and revised procedures in a timely fashion
• Support OpEx initiative
• Maintain GMP hours and EHS training
• All other duties as assigned
• Responsible for providing robust support systems for manufacturing processes
• This position will support ongoing improvements to the existing processes and manufacturing equipment
• Assure the purity, strength, and safety of sterile and non-sterile products via cleaning, disinfection, preparation and sterilization of the aseptic and no sterile manufacturing areas and equipment
• This position requires aseptic Core Gowning certification, Rinse Water Certification, Disinfection and all related EHS and functional training to maintain the GMP
• Assumes responsibility for the GMP, ISO, environmental health and safety procedure awareness, CAMs access, Kintana, Documentum and compliance within the respective area.
