Job Summary:
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for new and renewal business within an established geographic territory.   Responsible for selling a suite of online/web based business products and services to executives and other business leaders on a renewal basis to existing customer and new business leads from inbound calls and marketing generated targeted prospects and cold calling. Will be provided with ongoing training and mentoring. Candidates with a demonstrated telesales record in a B2B environment are strongly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
• Daily out-bound calls to follow-up on leads, maintains, develop and expand telemarketing sales relationships with existing and potential accounts leading to closing of sale.
• Scheduling and conducting online product demonstrations via phone and web.
• Building rapport with potential accounts; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections and close sales.
• Performance to meet and exceed target sales goals.
• Utilize Salesforce on a daily basis to provide funnel of identified and proposed opportunities.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of successful B2B telemarketing sales experience
• Proven track record of closing skills in a telemarketing environment
• Leader who can persuade and influence others.
• Ability to develop and deliver online presentations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of Salesforce is not required, but a definite plus.
