ITAC Solutions has a client in the Tampa, FL area in need of an experienced Payroll Analyst.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
• Review / Approve time late/early punches in payroll software system – work with business partners daily to clear these up and add clarifying notes
• Adjusting tasks/adding tasks to payroll system and accommodate/trigger automated payroll process for reporting needs.
• Print out compensation reports and review/develop compensation timesheets
• Process direct deposit payments
• Process pay card payments
• Calculate and deposit payroll taxes
• Process and issue annual W-2 forms to employees
• Process and distribute reports for compensation, taxes paid, garnishments, and deductions
• Answer questions from employees related to payroll topics
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience
• Strong attention to detail and able to work under deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have a great attitude and able to work in a team environment
