Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator. Summary: Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. The Senior Recruiting Coordinator functions help the local offices in driving the firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firmwide vales and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firmwide success in the marketplace. Human Resources supports our people in reaching their full market value which then sets us apart as the distinctive Firm. The Senior Recruiting Coordinator will support the lines Internal Firm Services and the technology in place which supports the full life cycle process for Third Party Labor across the US firm.
• Previous Big 4 experience is a plus
• Google Suite, Beeline experience a plus, any VMS experience is preferred, staffing/recruiting experience with a focus on detail and customer service
• Ideal candidate should have a mix of recruiting management and HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting or professional services environment
• Strong business acumen required and experience with developing business relationships with executives
