RELYANT Global, LLC is currently seeking an On-Site Submittal Clerk for operations at MacDill AFB in Florida. The Submittal Clerk will complete required submittals, ensure time keeping is submitted timely, and process purchase orders for multiple, simultaneously completed projects.
Responsibilities
• Works for the Project Manager for all given project.
• Control and distribute contract documents (drawings, specifications and addendum).
• Review Vendor Deliverables and submittals and process submittals for adherence and compliance to requirements.
• Be familiar with Government approval systems.
• Schedules and coordinates work (labor, equipment and materials) with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor.
• Work in a fast pace site office and field environment.
• Work with Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, coordination and invoicing through execution and payment.
• Ensure efficiency and compliance to policy and procedures.
• Assist Project Manager with project buyout, invoicing, payrolls, daily logs, and any other administrative needs of the project site.
• Coordinate transportation (permitting) and logistics (as needed).
• Manage, interact and cultivate a working relationship with the client/customer.
• Work closely with Health and Safety team audits and weekly safety focuses.
• Responsible to communicate the project status regularly and accurately
• Maintain project files and all administrative needs of projects.
Skills and Qualifications
• HS Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Basic Understanding of Construction Management
• Ability to complete and prioritize tasks on multiple concurrent projects within given timeframes
• Sound administrative skills, well-developed management skills.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
• Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities. Tactful and mature.
• Results oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations
• Experience with USACE, NACFAC, DoS and/or DoD (preferred)
• Ability to build strong relationships with sub-contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to acquire and retain base access (if applicable)
