Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and efficient service to customers via email and/or video chat
-Verify member identification and follow verification procedures
-Troubleshoot verification issues and provide solutions
-Assist in documentation and updates a necessary
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a customer service based role
-Intermediate to advanced computer skills and multi tasking abilities with browsers, search engines, and operating systems
-Strong initiative, CAN DO attitude, and team player
-Flexible to work schedule, can request schedules available to choose from
-Willingness and ability to train and work onsite (no remote available)
