Job title: Field Recruiter
Location: Tampa, 33607
Remote/onsite: Onsite
Training is onsite for about the first (2) weeks, may offer remote options after that
Pay: Around $20-25/hourly
Hours: M-F 8-5

Summary:
This role will be heavier on the data entry and administrative support end, however, they will help with candidate screening.
Job duties:
1.) This person will be doing lots of copying and posting of jobs on Indeed. They will need to gather information on shifts and store locations from Managers then post the jobs on Indeed.
2.) They will note on a spreadsheet which jobs they posted to make sure they complete all the postings each day.
3.) They will review the posts to make sure they have no typos and are posted correctly.
4.) They will review the posts to see how many people are applying.
5.) They at times will make outbound calls to candidates and read a template of questions to see if they are a good fit for the role, then note the answers given by the candidates.
6.) They will pass along the top candidates to the Recruiting Manager for next steps.
7.) Screen for GM and Asst. Training Manager roles using company templates and screener questions.
8.) Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

• Must have experience working over the phone and communicating with people over the phone

Work is performed in an office environment.
