Position Summary:
As a Receptionist at UES, you will be responsible for the various tasks administrative tasks around the office . If you’re reliable, have a good work ethic, and can cooperate with co-workers and clients respectfully, this is the position for you.
Job Responsibilities:
Your day as a Receptionist at UES will be both challenging and rewarding. During which, you have the opportunity to create lasting relationships with your team members. On a typical day, you can be expected to:
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Any other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer verbal and written customer service skills
• Fantastic phone skills and a bright, cheerful attitude
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
• Prior experience with data entry
