Customer Service Responsibilities
With Upward you will have one of the most important roles within the company; fostering the relationship between the brand to the customer.

Establish customer relationships

Assistant customers with questions, product information, sales transactions

Upsell products and services where possible
•
Document customer information as needed
•
Assisting with the product ordering process
