Full Job Description First Citrus Bank is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our lending team as a full-time Business Banker in our Brandon office covering E. Hillsborough, Brandon, Plant City, and Lakeland areas. As the Business Banker you will be responsible for proactively seeking new core deposits and loans while building client relationships for the bank. In this role, the Business Banker will cultivate relationships to manage an existing portfolio while actively pursuing qualified clients, referrals from COIs, and prospects.

This Business Banker position pays a competitive salary depending on experience. QUALIFICATIONS OF A BUSINESS BANKER
• Ability to develop, maintain, and leverage relationships with clients, COIs, prospective clients, and community partners
• Strong desire to develop relationships and grow the business
• Sales-oriented with ability to meet or exceed growth goals in loans closed, core deposits, and loan portfolio
• Able to uncover opportunities through referrals from clients and COIs
