JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator will provide sales and marketing support for the Sales & Marketing team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handles incoming and outgoing communication (phone, email, etc.) from agents
• Analyze market and customer data
• Design and coordinate marketing campaigns with respect to market trend
• Develop and maintain marketing library and database
• Prepares weekly sales reports
• Review and update Marketing and Underwriting materials as needed
• Responsible for the coordination of trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and other related events
• Assist in coordinating training sessions for agents
• Provide general support to the Sales & Marketing team
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Internet skills
• Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
• Ability to run multiple marketing projects simultaneously
• Exceptionally well developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Professional demeanor when representing the company
• Ability to take initiative and effective action both individually and as a member of a team without direction
EDUCATION & TRAINING
• Bachelor's degree
• Previous insurance experience a plus
