Full Job Description A Line Cook, plates dishes and completes basic food prepping tasks for a restaurant. Their main duties include preparing and cooking food in a specific station, cleaning up prep areas and making sure the kitchen is stocked. The Grill Cook's primary task is preparing food on the grill. Grill cooks typically cook meat, but they may also be responsible for grilling other kinds of foods. The grill cook monitors the meat's temperature to ensure it is cooked safely. A Fry Cook operates the deep fryer cooking station for a restaurant. As a fry cook, your job duties involve prepping the food for frying, watching the fryer to ensure the food does not overcook, and maintaining the deep fryer to ensure it is operating correctly and safely. We are seeking employees willing to cross train in multiple areas of the line.
