Full Job Description Kitchen managers are in charge of the overall operations for the kitchen area of a restaurant . Their goal is to ensure the kitchen department runs smoothly and complies with safety regulations. Duties include ordering food, preparing menus, and monitoring staff. Ability to work the line when needed in each positon. To ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of each station. The ability to communicate with staff in a respectful manner. Our company is a high volume restaurant with high guest expectations. We are open 7 days a week and close December 24, 25, and 26th for Christmas.
