Full Job Description We are seeking a part-time Operations Support Technicians to collaborate with team members across the country on data processing, quality control, and deliverable requirements. The right candidate should be able to work with limited oversight, work well under pressure, possess attention to detail, and have solid written and verbal communication skills. This position is anticipated to require 20-25 hours of work per week and the candidate will be working remotely from home.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Review numerical data in a spreadsheet format
• Verify patterns of data and look for irregularities
• Collaborate with internal clients on project details and deliverable requirements
• Identify opportunities for and assist with the automation of our data processing
• Maintain knowledge of and meet deadlines for multiple projects
• Communicate with Operations Managers about project details
Requirements for this position include:
• Modern computer with high speed internet
• Coursework in a quantitative discipline is preferred
• Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and general computer skills
• Ability to approach problem solving in a logical and decisive manner
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work as a member of a team and individually
