**Description** The Project Manager 2 manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. **Responsibilities** The Project Manager 2 will: + Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project + Monitor progress and performance against the project plan + Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays + Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete project work + Prepare designs and work specifications + Develop project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and select materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors + Communicate with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project + Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project + Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones + Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including linkage to related areas + Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations + Require minimal direction yet receive guidance where needed + Follow established guidelines/procedures **Required Qualifications** + 5+ years of Project Management Experience + Proficient with MS office products + Strong communication verbal and written to various audience and levels + Professional phone etiquette and proficiency in video conferencing + Ability and potential flexibility to travel up to 25% based on business need + Strong team player to work independently and as team member + Strong professional demeanor and phone etiquette **Preferred Qualifications** + PMP Preferred + Bachelor's degree + Previous experience in healthcare technology and EMRs **Additional Information** Interview Format: As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology called Montage Voice to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability.
