Full Job Description We are looking for an experienced, Stucco Superintendent. Need to have experience on Commercial projects.

· Starting salary $63,000, increased based on experience.
· Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays required, Extra Pay).

· Multiple locations Tampa/St Pete/Sarasota.

Qualifications
· Scaffolding certified competent person.
· Strong written and verbal skills.
· Ability to lead and manage a team.
· Valid Driver’s License
· Must have experience in commercial high rise.
· OSHA 30 preferred.
· Basic computer & tablet knowledge a must.
· Knowledge of exterior framing a plus.
· Knowledge of lath & stucco ASTM’s and deep understanding of stucco and waterproof assemblies.
· Ability to read plans and details.
· Bilingual a plus.
Full Job Description
· Manage Day to day operations.
· Review Plans and Specifications.
· Schedule and direct Sub-Contractors activities.
· Daily reports, weekly safety meetings, daily log.
· Daily Inspection of scaffolding, swing and lifelines, mast climbers.
· Attend all job site meetings.
· Order materials.
· Coordinate work schedule with General Contractor.
· Write remedial list to the General Contractor.
