The ORM Data Transformation Program Integration professional will lead a diverse portfolio of transformation projects which relate to second line's oversight of the design and implementation of initiatives to continuously improve the integrity, quality and timeliness of Citi's data. This position will report to the Data Initiatives Integration Oversight lead and will challenge the design of processes, organization and technology capabilities to operationalize the Enterprise Chief Data Office's (ECDO) data operating model. The role will require significant partnership with other global teams including CAO, Finance and Risk Shared Services, Global Functions Technology, ICG, GCB, reporting teams and others. The position represents a unique opportunity to learn about Citi’s business, processes and reporting areas and the ability to work on a position with high visibility.
Responsibilities
* Challenge the design and implementation of the ECDO's data initiatives to improve the quality of Citi's data and metadata, rationalize data flows and improve overall data control framework.
* Challenge the design and implementation of appropriate measurement framework that places the right incentives on the organization to pursue most important data remediation actions.
* Provide oversight of a diverse set of strategies used to provide adequate response and resolution to issues raised by consumers in an effective and efficient manner.
* Challenges data initiatives across all businesses/functions to assure the appropriate execution of initiatives.
* Lead a team of SMEs to support and orient the organization on better serving data consumers by prioritizing and executing on key data remediation actions.
Qualifications
* 15+ years of experience in Financial Services industry
* Previous exposure to Citi’s Business, Finance or Risk processes is a plus.
* Solid background on banking products and Risk reporting processes
* Solid analytical and problem solving skills coupled with strong Risk skills.
* Ability to understand the strategic direction and deliver successful results in a complex and cross functional organization.
* Versatility to adapt to continuous change and provide solutions to a broad range of different situations.
* Solid communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, able to build a broad base of support among key decision makers.
* Ability to identify and drive change by thinking "out of the box"
* Bachelors degree in a related field and managerial experience
