Full Job Description Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis
Opening our second office right here in the Tampa area after 10 years in Ohio. Here we grow! This is a true ground floor opportunity. We are searching a FP&A Manager. The most demanding (and fun) of your responsibilities is complete management of our debt facilities to include treasury and financial reporting. Ultimately, you will provide a complete look into our credit facilities and covenants that govern them. You will be part of a small team trying to change the way this industry operates. It's fast paced, multiple-hat-wearing and your input is welcome and wanted. Help decide how we do it.....then execute. Have fun and please.... smile and laugh.
Responsibilities
• Publish financial statements in time
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Complete Management of debt facility
• Reporting and analysis
Skills
• Previous experience in FP&A and accounting.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
