Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts identifying and addressing client needs by.
• Demonstrating an understanding of advanced analytics, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud, and data visualization;
• Demonstrating an understanding of privacy, data, and model governance activities including oversight mechanisms, documentation, development processes;
• Specializing in econometric and analytical modeling, statistical and/or machine learning techniques for analyzing large sets of data, including: sampling, hypothesis testing, optimization, time series, regression, decision tree, and cluster analyses; supervised and unsupervised learning in python or R;
• Displaying techniques for visualizing complex data analyses;
• Demonstrating abilities and/or a proven record of success in model development, testing, documentation, and validation;
• Displaying ability to identify and address client needs, which includes: building relationships with clients, developing an awareness of Firm services, approaching client in an organized manner, and delivering clear requests for information;
• Providing problem solving skills, communicates effectively in written and verbal formats to various audiences (including various levels of management and external clients) in a professional business environment;
• Displaying ability to research and analyze pertinent client, industry, and technical matters;
• Demonstrating ability to contribute to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback;
• Demonstrating ability to identify, escalate and communicate potential issues and conflicts;
• Utilizing flexibility in handling multiple tasks by prioritizing and focusing on successful execution;
• Establishing and coordinating governance practices for first and second line; and,
• Collaborating with senior leaders and coordinating roll-out and change management for new processes.
