Full Job Description • Collect image ready collateral files from the staging area
• Scan file barcodes in to Access database at processor workstation
• Review Note document inside of the file comparing data elements to the system of record
• Create batch and cover sheets via button prompts in the Access database
• Match the batch and cover sheets with the appropriate note document/collateral file
• Use the document scanner to create a digital image of the note packet
• Use button prompts in the Access database to change the location of the collateral file
• Deliver completed collateral files to the Quality Control team staging area
• Push carts loaded with collateral files to their work station(carts are heavy and require two individuals to maneuver)
• Using a handheld scanner, scan collateral file barcodes into an Access database, complete subsequent button presses to fill the file on the open batch request
• Move the completed cart back the vault staging area
• Repeat the above process until all carts have been scanned
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
