Full Job Description Do you enjoy talking to people? Looking for a career path not just a job? We are seeking a Customer/Employee Service Trainee to join our team! If you have a positive attitude, basic computer skills, and ability to learn we will train you! College students & parents who want to work around school schedule are encouraged to apply! This is NOT a remote position.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to prospective candidates who apply on various platforms via phone and email
• Assist applicants with the application & testing process
• Handle customer/employee inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update employee/customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving employment opportunities

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with employees/clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
