Influence others to improve processes. **Required Qualifications** + Our Department of Defense Contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position. + Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (eQIP - Electronic Questionnaire for Investigation Processing) + Technical experience in Microsoft suite of applications. **(Excel, Access, Word** ) + 4 - 8 years of experience working with TRICARE, with a focus on claims + Basic knowledge of SQL (to include where statements, back up databases and join 2 tables together) + Experience working with customer service + Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership. + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities. + Strong analytical and problem solving skills. + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. + Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office, to ensure you have absolute and continuous privacy while you work. + Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role).
