This position is responsible for serving food and beverages to Center guests.
P r i m ary D u t i e s and R e s p ons i b i l i t i e s :
• Makes genuine recommendations of menu items.
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
• Monitors and observes guests dining experience. Ensures guests are satisfied with the food and service.
• Responds promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Prepare final bill and process payment.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables.
• Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming which includes wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working.
• Fills in, as needed, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the Restaurant Manager or immediate supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager and/or Supervisors
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for employment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prior experience preferred
• The nature of this job requires that the employee work on-site.
• Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Possess ability to handle money and operate a point of sale system
• Be able to work in a stand up position for long periods of time (minimum 5 hours)
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work nights, weekend, and some holidays
Education and Work Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior server or equivalent restaurant experience

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
