**Graduate Internship Clinical Specialist, Cardiac Ablation Solutions**

As we enter a new year, applications are now open for recent graduates with a degree in Biomedical or Health Sciences to join the Medtronic Cardiac Ablation Solutions Team (CAS) Graduate Program. The Cardiac Ablation Solutions team is responsible for the sale technical support required for cryoabation, diamond temp, phased RF and 3D mapping and navigation technology required for the treatment of patients with cardiac arrhythmias. As part of this program, you will develop a breadth of experience across the healthcare continuum, working alongside a group of professionals where you will gain best in class training and mentorship at an individual and team level.
**Graduate Program Outline**
Working as a Graduate Clinical Specialist, the Medtronic Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) Graduate Program will equip you with the experience and training needed to represent Medtronic during electrophysiology procedures. You will learn to provide technical support; problem solve and troubleshoot when supporting electrophysiology procedures.
**Primary responsibilities are:**
+ Clinical and technical support of Medtronics Cardiac Ablation Solutions technology during cardiac electrophysiology procedures.
+ Support Cardiac Ablation Solutions team members with clinical, administrative, stock and marketing requirements
The program will commence with your participation and successful completion of an in-house Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) Graduate Education Program, involving a combination of classroom, virtual and in-field activities.
Upon completion of your training, you will be providing technical support at cardiac ablation solutions electrophysiology procedures under the guidance of a qualified Clinical Specialist or Territory Manager until satisfactory milestones are achieved to support clinical cases independently.
You will also be involved in supporting sales and marketing programs, technical presentations to customers, clinical study activities and in-field stock management
**Duration and Location**
This is a 12-month full time graduate program, with commencement in July. The program will be located at the Medtronic office in your current State, with remote working options as appropriate.
**To be considered for this Program**
You are a recent Biomedical or Health Sciences graduate. You have a thirst for knowledge and a keen interest in medical technology. Your personal skills include:
+ Being a proactive thinker and problem solver;
+ Having a strong collaborative approach and an ability to work across different teams;
+ Excellent communication skills; and
+ A willingness and enthusiasm to learn new concepts with a growth mindset
A current Drivers Licence and your own transport is required.
