Job Description:
The Collections Specialist will primarily focus on investigating overdue invoices with unclear root causes and resolve related open cases; the specialist will also manage outdated billing information (including billing contacts and addresses).
Qualifications:
Previous experience in B2B Collections
Oracle Netsuite Experience (Preferred)
