Job Description
A Marketing Analyst is needed for a major managed care company!
Position Details:
• Location: This is a remote position! Qualified applicants can sit in St. Louis, MO - Charlotte, NC - or Tampa, FL
• Hours: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM

Position Purpose:
• As a member of the Center for Performance Excellence, lead efforts to communicate the need for and benefits of operational efficiency products and services, to instill in the audience an awareness of and desire to obtain those products and services.
• Support Customer journey / experience gathering and drive improvements to products and services based on Customer feedback.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Working with Technical Writers and others, distill contents of Knowledge Base Articles and other detailed tools and information sources to develop simple, clear powerful messages
• Reinforce messages by developing user friendly tools and communications, including single page summaries, FAQs and infographics.
• Develop Customer journey maps and gather direct Customer experience, and translate Customer feedback into actionable improvements.
Experience:
• Prefer at least 3 years’ experience in developing infographics and/or planning digital marketing campaigns with focus on customer experience / Voice of the Customer (CEX/VoC) Process improvement experience required
• Healthcare Payer experience preferred by not required
• Familiarity with / exposure to major quality standards (such as CMMI, ISO, Baldrige, ITIL) preferred but not required
• Translating complex concepts into simple, powerful, primarily visual messages that promote customer action
• Customer journey mapping focused on increasing positive customer experience
• Developing central themes and messages, and materials across multiple channels that reinforce those central themes and messages
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Visio required
• Proficiency with Rise 360 preferred but not required
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3+ years of experience in at least two of the following: process improvement, customer journey/experience, organizational change management
