FLEXpath is adding a Program Manager to our team to support our Florida FLEXpath program!
• Manage the FLEXpath program for Signature facilities in Florida – including, but not limited to; hiring, training, developing, coaching and counseling, and terminating department staff, as deemed necessary
• Coordinate with FLEXpath support team to ensure proper onboarding of new stakeholders and ongoing training as needed
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with all local Signature facility staff and Identify areas of improvement for FLEXpath success in the Signature facilities.
• Review and audit timecards for inaccuracies and proper facility labor allocations for FLEXpath and accurate weekly payroll
• Review worked hours weekly to ensure FLEXpath - stakeholders adhere to specific FLEXpath program agreements
• Coordinate after hours coverage with FLEXpath team members for all supported facilities
• Partner with facility schedulers to ensure posted schedules are accurace and visible to FLEXpath stakeholders
• Work in coordination with Signature facility leadership and HR to ensure that FLEXpath stakeholders adhere to attendance policy, provide proper care for residents under Signature guidelines, receive on-going training and are scheduled effectively
• Communicate and proactively keep FLEXpath Director of Operations up to date on all FLEXpath recruiting activities, onboarding of new stakeholders, staffing challenges, stakeholder issues and support for the facilities
• Analyze open shifts in facilities to recruit PRN pools to fill facility needs
• Coordinate scheduling platform training, facility orientation and competency assessments for all new FLEXpath stakeholders
• Manager staffing hotline and provide support as needed in the Florida market
• Other special projects and duties, as assigned
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required, Nursing degree preferred (RN or LPN)
• Healthcare staffing experience or a minimum of (2) years clinical, related health care experience
• Previous recruiting/talent acquisition experience required
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail / accuracy
• Travel up to 75% of the scheduled work period
