Location:
P&J's ROW Services group has its headquarters in Knoxville, TN and operates across the US.  This particular role will be required to travel the state of Florida.
Summary:
Oversee and assist with supervising project safety and accident prevention programs in compliance with our corporate safety and health standards on various construction projects in a fast-paced work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform field safety assessments/audits.
• Provide new hire training and any additional required safety training (fall protection, Electrical Hazard Awareness, etc.).
• Work with Field Supervision and project teams to coach and mentor on continuous improvement.
• Perform hazard assessments to ensure adequate controls are in place for upcoming work (job planning.
Requirements:
• Manage multiple projects throughout the state of Florida.
• Have experience managing large fast paced projects of 40+ employees.
• Preferred recognized safety certifications such as CSP, SMS, CHST, etc.
Education and Experience:
• 4 year occupational safety/health degree or equivalent combinations of training and related experience.
• Thorough understanding of and ability to enforce all federal, state, local, and company regulations.
