The qualified candidate will assist the Government Lead in the project related tasks and responsibilities to be assigned which will include, but not limited to:
Assist the Government Lead in the project related tasks including the design, operation, maintenance, trouble shooting, sustainment and account administration using Radiant Logic to synchronize Microsoft Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (ADLDS) and the Microsoft Exchange Global Address Book (GAL) across all Component Organizations related.
Perform security updates in accordance with Government procedures for directory services.
Design and Perform Rights Management Services for administrators, users and groups.
Operate system and application Group Policy Objects (GPO) based on the corresponding Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and the Navy/Marine Corps Enterprise Designated Approval Authority (DAA) guidance regarding the Federal Desktop Core Configuration (FDCC).
Execute security updates in accordance with Government procedures for directory services.
Provide directory authentication services for enterprise applications and trusted relationships between users, devices, applications, services, and other resources throughout the network.
Provide directory synchronization to the Trusted Identity Exchange (TIE) through the appropriate transport boundaries in accordance with Government procedures.
Provide standard Active Directory services plus the availability to use Windows Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) services for all physical and virtual application servers, network devices, and appliances.
Monitor and optimize replication speed of directory services.
Design and perform schema extensions for directory services. Design application networking ports and protocols, Information Assurance (IA), routing and LAN.
Perform integration with public key infrastructure (PKI) certificates and network accounts
Support program objectives and requirements using Virtual Directory Services (ie Radiant Logic, Radiant One, etc.).
Provide assistance in integrating Identity and Access Management systems to VDS.
Integrate Radiant Logic with third party data sources (LDAP, SQL, and SOAP/RESTful web services).
Integrate new data sources, developing strategies for improving data quality, implementing correlation logic, and writing custom code for new computed attributes.
Develop maintainable, testable, and reusable code in Java.
Ensure quality of developed code through testing and lessons learned.
Ability to generate mock data sources for positive and negative testing.
Take responsibility of the solution from design to deployment.
Participate in code reviews, integration, and deployment events.
Triage and resolve production data and technical issues.
Deep understanding of Radiant One Virtual directory services (VDS) platform and conceptual understanding of identity hubs for authentication & authorization.
Experience with integration of Radiant One VDS with third party data sources (LDAP, SQL, and SOAP/RESTful web services).
Experience with integration of new data sources, developing strategies for improving data quality, implementing aggregation, correlation logic, attribute mapping and writing custom code for new computed attributes.
Experience with development of elegant, maintainable, testable, and reusable code and ensuring quality of developed code through testing and lessons learned.
Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
Participate in daily stand up calls and other technical meetings as necessary.
Provide project updates to the key stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams – business and technical teams from initiation to completion of the project.
Collaboration experience with infrastructure and operations teams to provide architectural and technical guidance and take responsibility of the solution from design to deployment.
Ability to generate mock data sources for positive and negative testing, participate in code reviews, integration, and deployment events.
Ability to triage and provide guidance and direction for resolution of escalated issues.
Experience developing system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field and 10 years of relevant experience or Masters Degree and 6 years of relevant experience
Experience using Java services, server infrastructure, and coding, Windows 2008R2 /2012 R2, Active Directory, Flexible Single Master Operations (FSMO), Sites and Services, Domain Name Server (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).
Must possess a certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M Level III.
Preferred Qualifications:
