WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You'll provide transportation and on-site supervision to children in foster care.  You'll work as a team member comprised of other Support Specialists, the Support Specialist Supervisor, Support Coordinator; as well as Case Managers, Foster Parents, Residential Group Care facilities, and other appropriate professionals.  You'll also assist  with de-escalation, intervention, and rapport building to stabilize youth, as necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preference given to candidates with childcare experience, experience working with teenagers, and/or experience working in the Child Welfare Dependency system.
• Valid Florida driver license and auto insurance
