Full-Time Tampa Job Details Description As a member of the BBI Research and Development team, the Recipe Coordinator will be responsible for providing a wide variety of moderately complex administrative services, including but not limited to recipe coordinating, data collection, and report writing tasks specific to the Research and Development team. This role will work onsite in the Tampa Restaurant Support Center and is not slated for remote work. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION Responsible for recipe documenting for the various International and domestic brands under the BBl R&D department. Provide kitchen bench support when necessary. Organization of database of recipes and ingredients for past, current, and future food products. Communicate product information to cross-functional teams including Procurement, Marketing, Research, Nutrition, Coasting, Training, and Culinary. Manages the Master Product List and Approved Product List Prepares memoranda, letters, proposals, charts, tables and other documents using various software packages. Coordinates with assigned staff or department, creating moderately complex correspondence, spreadsheets and visual presentations for projects. May maintain calendar of appointments for assigned staff or department. Schedules and organizes meetings, conference calls and appointments.  Prepares items in relation to meetings, including but not limited to, creation and assembly of documents for testing team. Coordinates various R&D ideations and documents results. Prepare documents and track results for all Nutrition projects that pertain to core or new menu items. Define and organize processes to streamline R&D efficiency continually improving protocol. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 5 years’ experience in foodservice industry with emphasis on creative recipe development Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong knowledge and passion for the hospitality industry Candidates must be able to work across many projects at one time and have the ability to work with many diverse working styles and backgrounds Candidates need to possess an exceptional work ethic, detail-oriented and be competitive in a self-directed environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have ability to quickly build rapport Must have a positive attitude and be energetic.
