Full Job Description We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Burn Ambassadors that can accommodate the following schedule.
Monday- Friday 4:45am- 10:30am, 4:15pm-6:30pm, Rotating Saturdays 7:45am-10:00am.
Looking for multiple candidates with flexibility in their schedule.

Y O U R R O L E:
As a Burn Ambassador, you will be a part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of our members on a daily basis! You will participate in the operation and success of a fast paced fitness facility, Support our Trainers build relationships with Burn members and the community in order to help maintain and build member base and you will be responsible for providing our members with the best client experience ever!

Requirements For The Position
• Minimum 2 years sales experience required.
• Minimum 2 year customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer services skills, outgoing, positive, motivational and friendly.
• Ability to deal with pressure in meeting sales quota.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with members.
• Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner.
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
• Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment.
• Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed.
• Model all gym activities through self-involvement (leading by example).
Essential Responsibilities:
• Performing all basic system transactions pertaining to billing and memberships.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with current members on a first name basis.
• Responsible for contributing to the sales process and systems.
• Contribute to ongoing sales drives (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach).
• Notifying management of any member complaints or grievances and assisting in appropriate response.
• Compliance and adherence to Business Policies for daily gym operations.
• Determining client’s goals and motivation through a thorough needs analysis.
• Being knowledgeable of all products and programs.
• Being responsive to member feedback and complaints and working towards timely resolution.
• Performing day to day operations and reports that pertain to success of gym under direction of Operations Manager.
OPERATIONAL DUTIES:
• Enforce corporate policies, business practices, systems and processes.
• Ensures that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries(general and sales related), Guest Registration, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests and document scanning
• Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service
• Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound.
• Other duties as assigned.
