Full Job Description We are looking for RN Unit Manager to join our growing team!
Bay Pointe Nursing Pavilion has been serving the area for over 40 years. Our facilities are located close to local hospitals. We provide post-acute services, rehabilitative services, skilled nursing, short and long-term care through Registered Nurses. This is complemented by Therapy services, Social Services, Activities, Nutritional Services. With over 100 years of combined experience, our staff of professionals is here to meet the needs of each and every patient and resident.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a nursing supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of skilled nursing/long term care procedures
• Thorough knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
• Team management skills
• Valid FL nursing license
Job Type: Full-time
