Food Services Rep II
The Food Service Representative II provides service to cafeteria and catering customers, Prepares grill items for cafeteria according to standardized recipes, production methods, and specified quantities, Ensures high quality by using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation, service and storage, Delivers trays to patients, Transports patient trays and other supplies to other campuses, Issues ingredients for production areas using standardized recipes and production sheets, Receives food and supply deliveries and assists with inventory, Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment. Performs other duties as necessary
