We are one of the fastest-growing Business Class Unified Communications firms in the world and are currently looking for a Corporate Recruiter to focus on technology and sales positions. In this role, you will help deliver qualified candidates for a variety of roles throughout the organization.
The location of this role could be Atlanta, Tampa Bay Area, Sarasota, and Huntsville. While this is a remote position, limited travel is expected to one of our office locations.
Your Role:
• Utilize your strong sourcing skills to develop a robust candidate slate for a variety of technical and sales positions.
• Act as a business partner with hiring managers and executives to understand their staffing needs and advising them through the hiring process.
• Demonstrate your ability to deliver and close top talent with a successful interview to hire ratio
• Work with the people operations team to assist on a successful new hire onboarding process
• Continually foster collaboration with hiring teams and people operations on recruiting best practices
• Make a direct impact on the growth and talent we develop in the organization
• Act with a sense of urgency as you deal with competing priorities
Your Background:
• You have a passion for finding top talent through multiple sources under tight deadlines with roughly 2-4 years of experience
• You enjoy working on a variety of roles simultaneously.
• You have a technology bent toward recruiting and can easily maneuver through an ATS, Linked In, etc.
• You enjoy building relationships with hiring managers to better understand their departmental hiring needs.
• You are a natural connector and don't shy away from networking events, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.
• You have a thirst for knowledge and are naturally inquisitive about how and why the business works.
