Full Job Description Customer Service Representative

We represent a family-owned and operated home services business that is seeking to hire an additional Customer Service / Client Care Representative Team Member for their thriving company. This would be in a small-sized functioning call center environment that also includes Dispatchers.

Call Center / Client Care Representative’s Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively communicate with clients via phone, provide them with excellent service.
• Represent the company well, always in a professional manner.
• Responsible for taking inbound and outbound client service calls (i.e. experience in scheduling appointments for service and maintenance requests).
Customer Service / Client Care Representative's Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience handling a large volume of phone calls (volume of calls get higher during the summer months; anywhere from 50-100 per shift).
• Ability to take the initiative and make outbound calls to ensure all clients are being taken care of.
• Basic computer skills (ability to learn and pick up software/systems quickly; i.e. client management software).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent desired.
• Flexible schedule (manage between 2 different DAY shifts: early morning to later evening. As well as 1 week a month in an on-call rotation, not overnight).
