Skills Required:
· 2-5 years of verifiable work history as a lawn maintenance supervisor or promotion from within
· Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk for long periods of time
• Dependable transportation to and from work or direct report site
• Valid Florida driver’s license
Job Description:
· Directly manage day to day operations of lawn care crews
· Overall production, safety, quality control, completion of assigned and self-written work orders
· Control and maintain work flow, quality customer contact while on property, developing work orders and communicate with irrigation and pest control managers
• Identify staffing needs, hire new crew members, and prepare daily crew schedules
· Training of your crew supervisors regarding safety training, and developing crew members
· Initiate weekly client communication, property walks and enhancement sales opportunities
· Ensure that job site quality and appearance meet client standards
· Manage all landscape services, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment and subcontractors required to produce quality work
· Inspect properties prior to scheduled service to prepare specific action plan for service
· Order materials as needed and monitor costs and deliveries
· Request purchase orders and use in accordance with company guidelines
